In the event your Goldstar German Shepherd or Rottweiler Puppy is diagnosed with hip or elbow dysplasia and must be destroyed within (2) two years of the date of birth, the original buyer of the puppy is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, or another puppy: YOUR CHOICE!

All claims of hip or elbow dysplasia must be supported by current radiographs and a corresponding evaluation from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA).

In the event your Goldstar German Shepherd or Rottweiler Puppy is diagnosed as being blind or deaf within (3) three years of the date of birth, and the blindness or deafness is proven to be the direct result of a genetic imbalance, the original buyer of the puppy is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price or another puppy: YOUR CHOICE!

In the event your Goldstar German Shepherd or Rottweiler Puppy dies of heart or lung failure within (3) three years of the date of birth, and the heart or lung organ failure is proven to be the direct result of a genetic imbalance, the original buyer of the puppy is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price or another puppy: YOUR CHOICE!

Should your dog be lost or stolen, turned in at an animal shelter and subsequently scanned, the dog will be traced back to you.
